Processing & Delivering Times
Once you have placed your order and received your confirmation email the work on our end begins. If you have placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email please check your junk mail.
We are a small business and everything is made in Adelaide, South Australia. As we make everything we have a processing time of 1-5 business days. Once your order has been posted you will receive an email notification.
We offer express delivery within Australia and New Zealand. We also offer local pickup for Adelaide based customers. Unfortunately our international orders will be affected by coronavirus delays. Please see below for delivery date estimates.
Aus & NZ Shipping
Our flat rate for standard Australian shipping is $13. South Australian delivery time is 2-5 business days. Interstate delivery time is 3-6 business days. Express shipping is $20 and delivery time is 1-3 business days.
We offer local pickup for Adelaide customers. Once your order has been made we will contact you via email to organise local pickup. Our pickup is available from 9-5pm Monday-Fridays at 43 Chapel street, Norwood.
Our flat rate for standard New Zealand shipping is $20. Delivery time is 6-12 business days. Express shipping to New Zealand is $30. Delivery time for express is 2-6 business days.
Our flat rate for international shipping is AUD $30. For International express shipping our flat rate is AUD $45. The International zones covered by our flat rate shipping include Europe, North America Asia and Pacific.
Standard international shipping is estimated at 21-28 business day. Express international shipping is estimated at 7-14 business days. However please be aware that estimated shipping times can be affected by international delays.
If your zone is not covered by our international flat rate please email us at email@example.com and we will provide a shipping cost for you.
Customs/Imports Duties & Taxes
Customs/Import duties and taxes are not included in our item pricing or our shipping costs. Any Customs/Imports charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.
We strive to be sustainable in everything we do, including our packaging! Our clothing items are wrapped in recycled tissue paper and packaged in 100% home compostable Hero Packaging mailers. Our tags are handwritten on recycled cardboard and stamped with our eco-friendly reusable Noissue stamp.

If you are still waiting on your order and the estimated delivery time has passed, or you simply want an update on delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the tracking information. We are always here to help with any questions you may have and to assist with your tracking.
Cancellation & Changes
Once your order has been placed we do not accept cancellations. If you wish to make a change to an already placed order please contact us at email@example.com.
If you wish to return your item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for return. If the item is in unused condition with the original tagging intact we will issue you a refund of the product. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer unless the product is faulty. If the product is faulty please include a receipt of the return post in the returned package.
We are also more than happy to offer exchanges or a credit note in replace of a refund, with the same process as above.
